Salon Policies

Please review our appointment and service policies before your visit.

Arrival Time

Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. To ensure that all clients stay on schedule, please arrive on time or a few minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule. Please call if you will be late as a courtesy to our technicians and other clients.

Cancellation

We value your time as much as we do ours. All cancellations should be made as early as possible to allow another guest to fill that time. We request that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Service Guarantee

Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days after your initial service. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call us to schedule a complimentary repair. Traditional nail polish services are not guaranteed. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on the service performed. However, we will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements that have been applied.

Personal Property

For the safety of your belongings, please be mindful of your personal items, as we cannot assume responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage while in the salon.
